Systeme.io Pricing Explained (2026)
A free plan that is genuinely usable, then three paid tiers topping out at $97. The interesting question is not what it costs — it is why the free tier is generous enough that many people never leave it.
- Entry price
- $0 — free plan, not a trial
- Top tier
- $97/mo, unlimited everything
- Annual saving
- Two months free
- Transaction fees
- 0% on every plan, free included
The short version
Systeme.io is priced on contacts, and everything else scales with them. Unlimited emailing is included on every tier including free, and there are no transaction fees anywhere — which is unusual at this price and matters more than it sounds if you sell digital products.
- Start free if
- You have under 2,000 contacts and need three funnels or fewer. This is a real plan, not a countdown.
- Skip it if
- You need deep third-party integrations or a polished, design-led page builder.

Verified against the vendor pricing page on 11 September 2026. Every plan includes unlimited emailing and 0% transaction fees. Annual billing is advertised as two months free. The Webinar tier adds automated webinars; Unlimited adds a free migration service. Check the current plans before committing.
How far the free plan really goes
Most “free” plans in this category are trials wearing a disguise — time-limited, watermarked, or crippled at the checkout. This one is not. You get 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one course, one custom domain, unlimited emails and no transaction fee on what you sell.
That combination is enough to run a real, revenue-generating business. A single lead magnet, a single sales funnel and an email sequence to 2,000 people is a working operation, and nothing about the free tier stops you taking money through it.
We say this plainly because it changes the buying decision: for many readers the honest recommendation is to start free and upgrade only when a number actually binds. There is no commercial advantage to us in saying so, which is rather the point.
What actually triggers an upgrade
Two limits bind in practice, and they bind in a predictable order.
The funnel cap comes first. Three funnels sounds ample until you realise a lead magnet, a tripwire and a main offer is exactly three. The fourth idea — a webinar registration, a second lead magnet, a seasonal promotion — is what moves most people to Startup at $17. That is a mild upgrade and rarely a difficult decision.
The contact ceiling comes second. 2,000 on free, 5,000 on Startup, 10,000 on Webinar. If you are running paid traffic these arrive quickly; if you are growing organically they may take a year. Because emailing is unlimited on every tier, contacts are the only capacity number you need to forecast.
The Webinar tier at $47 is the one to think hardest about. You are paying $30 a month more than Startup principally for automated webinars and a higher contact ceiling. If you are not actually going to run webinars, jumping straight from Startup to Unlimited when you outgrow 5,000 contacts is often the cleaner path.
Where the low price shows
Pricing this far below ClickFunnels invites an obvious question, and the honest answer is that the money shows up in polish and ecosystem rather than in capability.
- The page builder is functional rather than elegant; designers tend to find it constraining
- The third-party integration list is much shorter than the market leaders’
- Support is competent but not instant
- Templates look dated next to purpose-built page builders
None of that matters if your funnel is a headline, a form and a checkout. All of it matters if your brand is judged on visual craft. That is the real trade, not a hidden fee.
Who the pricing suits
Good value for
- Solo creators and small course businesses where every dollar of tool spend comes out of profit
- Anyone testing an offer who should not be paying $97 a month to find out whether it sells
- Sellers of digital products, where 0% transaction fees compound meaningfully
Poor value for
- Design-led brands whose pages have to look bespoke
- Teams with an existing stack that needs deep integration
- Agencies running separate client workspaces — that is GoHighLevel territory
Frequently asked questions
Is the Systeme.io free plan actually free?
Yes — permanently, not as a trial. 2,000 contacts, three funnels, one course, one domain, unlimited emails and no transaction fees. You can run and monetise a small business on it without ever paying.
What is the catch at $17 a month?
Polish and ecosystem rather than capability. The builder is plainer and the integration list is shorter than higher-priced competitors. The core funnel, email and course functions are all present.
Do I need the Webinar plan?
Only if you will genuinely run automated webinars. Otherwise it is mostly buying a contact ceiling, and going from Startup to Unlimited when you outgrow 5,000 contacts is often the better move.
Is there a Systeme.io lifetime deal?
No. We checked the vendor pricing page on 17 September 2026 and found no lifetime deal, no one-time payment option and no AppSumo-style offer. Everything is a monthly or annual subscription. Annual billing gives you two months free, which is the only discount on offer. Pages advertising a Systeme.io lifetime deal are generally describing an old promotion or the free plan under a misleading name — and the free plan is genuinely permanent, so if paying nothing is the goal, that is the real answer.
How does this compare with ClickFunnels on price?
Systeme.io’s top tier costs the same as ClickFunnels’ entry tier. If your requirement is funnels, email and courses, the gap is hard to justify on features alone — see our ClickFunnels pricing breakdown for the other side of that comparison.
How we compiled this
Figures on this page were read directly from the vendor’s own pricing page on 11 September 2026 and are published as a dated snapshot, not a permanent claim. We lead with pricing structure — which limit binds first, what the free tier genuinely covers, where the low price shows — because that stays true after the numbers change.
