What we do

ToolsForDB reviews business software — sales intelligence, funnels and membership platforms, HR and payroll systems, customer support tools, productivity utilities, ecommerce software and security platforms.

The site exists because most software comparison content online is either vendor marketing rewritten, or lists assembled purely by commission rate. Neither helps someone trying to decide whether a tool fits their situation. We write to a fixed structure that forces us to answer the awkward question every time: who should not buy this?

How we make money

We earn affiliate commission when readers sign up for some products through links on this site. We disclose this at the top of every page carrying such a link. We do not sell placements, rankings or favourable coverage, and we publish reviews of products that pay us nothing.

This is the standard model for independent review publishing, and it carries an obvious conflict of interest. Rather than pretend otherwise, we document the controls we apply in our review methodology.

What we are not

• We are not a user review platform. Nothing on this site is a consumer review, and we host no user-submitted ratings.
• We do not claim hands-on testing of every product. Our reviews are research-based and labelled as such.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any vendor reviewed here unless explicitly stated on that page.

Who operates this site

ToolsForDB is owned and operated by Pixel Pulse (Proprietor: Sajid Yakheen), a registered sole proprietorship in India.

Editorial independence

No vendor has editing rights over content on this site. Vendors may request correction of factual errors, and we act on those. They cannot request removal of accurate criticism, and we have declined such requests.
