SaaS Pricing Tracker (2026)

Software vendors change prices quietly, and most articles quoting those prices are never updated. So we read the pricing pages ourselves, write down the date, and keep the old figure when it moves. This page is the log. Every number below was read from the vendor’s own pricing page on the date shown.

How to use this page: every figure is dated and sourced to the vendor’s own pricing page. You are welcome to cite or quote any of it, with a link back. If a price has moved since our last check, tell us and we will re-read the page and log the change.

The most recent change worth knowing

Leadpages appears to have cut its prices by roughly half, and its own pricing page has not caught up.

On 18 September 2026 the plan cards, the full comparison table and the body copy all showed Grow at $50 a month, Optimize at $100 and Scale at $200, discounting to $40, $80 and $160 on annual billing. On the same page, on the same day, the browser title read “Leadpages Pricing from $99/mo” and the FAQ described those same three plans as $99, $199 and $399.

We loaded the page twice to confirm the card prices were stable. Three places on the page agree on the lower figures and two stale ones do not, so we have used the lower figures. Leadpages has also introduced a separate publishing-only line, HTML Pub, starting at $4 a month on annual billing.

The practical effect: essentially every article comparing Leadpages to anything is currently quoting a price you can no longer pay.

Tool What changed Noted
Leadpages Plan cards now show Grow $50, Optimize $100, Scale $200 — against $99, $199 and $399 still quoted in the same page’s FAQ and title. New HTML Pub line from $4/mo annual. 18 Sep 2026
Helium 10 Annual billing marketed as “save up to 20%”, but the published figures work out at about 23% on both paid tiers. 17 Sep 2026
Chatbase Auto-recharge credits at $40 per 1,000 are cheaper per message than the $40 Hobby plan’s own 700 included credits. 17 Sep 2026
Freshdesk AI Copilot add-on at $29 per agent costs more than an entire Growth seat at $19. 15 Sep 2026

This log starts in September 2026 and grows as we re-check pages. Entries record what we observed on a stated date, not what a vendor announced.

Shopify’s card rate falls with the plan — 2.9%, 2.7% then 2.5% plus 30¢ — and it adds 2%, 1% or 0.6% when you use a third-party gateway. ClickFunnels takes no cut of sales. How we check, and how to cite this

Every figure on this page was read directly from the vendor’s own public pricing page on the date in the final column. We do not take prices from other articles, from review aggregators, or from vendor sales material. Where a vendor’s page is internally inconsistent, we say so and explain which figure we used.

We publish annual rates as the per-month equivalent the vendor displays, because that is how vendors present them, and we note where the annual saving differs from the headline percentage claimed.

You are welcome to use this data. Quote any figure, reproduce any table, with a link back to this page so readers can check the date. Journalists and researchers are welcome to get in touch if you need a figure checked, an older reading, or a category we do not cover yet.

Prices change. If something here is out of date, that is a bug — tell us and we will re-read the page, correct it, and log the change.

Why this page exists

Most published SaaS prices are wrong. Not dishonestly — they were right when written and nobody went back. An article from 2024 quoting a 2024 price still ranks, still gets read, and still shapes buying decisions in 2026.

Dating every reading is the only honest way to publish a price. It tells you exactly how much to trust the number and when it was last true. That is the whole idea here.
